PURPOSE: A carcass ply junction device is provided to effectively control the deformation of a carcass ply end part from a lower part. CONSTITUTION: A carcass ply junction device is a device capable of uniting a winding initiation end part and a winding termination end part. The device includes a joint section welding the end part of the carcass ply(W) and a queue section standing in line the carcass ply end part during a junction process through the junction section. The junction section and the queue section are arranged under a cylindrical drum supported in the horizontal state.
