PURPOSE: A cover for a post is provided to facilitate the attachment of a printed matter though adhesive is prepared on a part of the printed matter. CONSTITUTION: A cover for a post comprises a printing member(50), an elastic pad(60), and a release paper(70). The printing member has a printed matter(52) and an adhesive layer(54). The printing member is fixed to the outer surface of a post. The elastic pad is interposed between the printed matter and the post. The elastic pad provides the frictional force.
