PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide welding rolling dies and a cemented carbide welding rolling dies manufactured by the same is provided to secure durability of a welded part and reduce the manufacturing time of a cemented carbide welding rolling dies by interposing a brazing bonding material between a cemented carbide block and a steel material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cemented carbide welding rolling dies comprises steps of: grinding or polishing a welded surface of a steel material(S110), interposing a brazing bonding material between a cemented carbide block and the steel material and selectively inserting the sandwich structure into a furnace of vacuum condition or nitrogen or argon gas atmosphere(S120), welding the cemented carbide block and the steel material in the vacuum condition or nitrogen or argon gas atmosphere(S130), and tempering the cemented carbide tool(S140).
