The invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to gas convectors and can be used to heat the steam rooms of baths and saunas. The gas convector with stone stove contains a furnace (1), a gas duct and a casing (4). The gas duct forms several parallel flue channels (2) of rectangular section enclosed by the casing (4), which forms a stream of hot air, heated by the furnace (1) and the walls of the flue channels (2) through a stone stove, and a stream of warm air, passing between the casing (4) and the outer lining of the converter, which bypasses the stone stove.
