GIS UPDATING SYSTEM USING GPS MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A numerical information updating system using a GPS measuring device is provided to conveniently install a total station through the control of the horizontality. CONSTITUTION: A thread is formed on the outer side of a base(310). A cylindrical shape with a first receiving recess of a semispherical shape is formed on the upper side of the base. A penetration recess is formed in the center of the first receiving recess. Three legs(320) are rotatably fixed to the base. A rotating unit(330) has a fixing protrusion for the combination with a fixing unit and has a spherical shape with the curvature corresponding to the first receiving recess.
