PURPOSE: An apparatus for a spinal surgical operation for performing a minimally invasive surgery is provided to allow an operator to accurately insert a rod into a surgical site by installing a guide holder in a rod guide. CONSTITUTION: A pair of spine screws(100) are fixed to a backbone. A rod(500) connects spine screws to each other. A rod holder(400) grips the rod. A pair of rod guides(200) are connected to an upper part of the spine screw to form the movement route of the rod. A first fixing unit(310) is connected to an upper part of the rod guide. The first fixing unit maintains the distance between rod guides. A slit(322) of a circular arc shape is formed in the guide unit. A second fixing unit(330) is connected to the guide unit. The second fixing unit locates the insertion location for the load.
