SIRNAS BINDING TO APOPTOSIS RELATED GENE TRANSCRIPTS AND THE COMPOSITION FOR CANCER TREATMENT USING THEM

PURPOSE: A siRNA which binds to transcript of apoptosis-relating gene and a composition using the same for treatig cancer are provided to suppress proliferation of tumor cells. CONSTITUTION: A siRNA with an activity of binding mRNA comprises a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-12. The mRNA is transcribed from TRAF7(tumor necrosis factor receptor associated factor) gene or TAB2(TAK1 binding protein 2). A composition for treating cancer contains siRNA as an active ingredient and carrier. The cancer is cervical cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, oral cancer, and cancer relating to TRAF7 or TAB2 gene.
