PURPOSE: A circulation-type liquid-fertilization apparatus using livestock excretion is provided to minimize the unnecessary processes and facilities using an aeration varying device. CONSTITUTION: A circulation-type liquid-fertilization apparatus using livestock excretion comprises the following: a reactor(100) inserting and discharging the livestock excretion; a stirring and grinding column(200) crushing the livestock excretion and returning the livestock excretion to the reactor; and an aeration varying device(300) installed on the stirring and grinding column.
