FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in order to restore parenchyma of affected liver in rats performed is introduction of microelement preparation "Suvar" in amount 45-50 mg/kg of weight and tripoli in amount 1.25-1.3 mg/kg. Introduction is performed one time a day with basic diet. Obtained results allow to recommend the method for application in regenerative therapy of affected liver in clinic. ^ EFFECT: method ensures stimulation of proliferative activity of hepatocytes and efficient restoration of liver parenchyma after affection of various etiology. ^ 6 tbl
