FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure is implemented for evaluation of specific wear of grindstone at flat grinding with periphery or end of grind stone, or at round external grinding with periphery of grindstone. The procedure consists in utilisation of a stepped sample with height of step by 0.1Ç0.2 mm exceeding expected linear wear of the grindstone, in measurement of external diametre of the grindstone and dimensions of the stepped sample before grinding, in grinding a bench of the stepped sample with the grindstone to the moment of nonworking area of grindstone surface touching surface of the bench on the sample, in measurement of sample dimensions and in evaluation of height of a recess formed on the sample after grinding and of depth of layer ground off the stepped sample and in evaluation of specific wear of the grindstone considering the said values. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of evaluation of specific wear of grindstone. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg |
