The device has a reference plate (1) including a cylinder bore fixed with a reference piece. A sensor (3) i.e. Wheatstone semi-bridge sensor, is arranged between the reference plate and a measuring plate (2) for measuring bending moment of the measuring plate. Connection cords (4, 5) connect the reference plate and the measuring plate. The connection cords are arranged for forming a pivoting axis fixed with respect to the reference plate. The plates and the cords are formed of a single piece. An independent claim is also included for a model aircraft including a wing element fixed to a reference plate.
