<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor mobile network camera system which can be used to monitor outdoors and has a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the system including a mobile local monitoring control device 1 and a web server 2 connected communicably through networks 101 to 103 having mobile communication networks 102 and 103, the local monitoring control device 1 is provided with: a mobile camera having a radio communication function through the mobile communication networks and an imaging function to be able to transmit an image obtained by imaging a monitoring area to the web server 2; and a power supply unit having a solar cell panel as a primary battery and a storage battery as a secondary battery that can receive power feeding unilaterally from the solar cell panel, wherein the solar cell panel can feed the power even to the mobile camera in place of the storage battery when the solar cell panel feeds the power to the storage battery, and the web serve 2 enables a management terminal 3 and a mobile communication terminal 4 to browse the image received from the local monitoring control device 1 on the networks 101 to 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
