<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing apparatus which can draw on a surface of a titanium plate with a high precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drawing apparatus includes: a pen 2 for sticking an electrolytic solution onto the surface of a titanium plate Ti; a belt mechanism 6 and a mounting table moving mechanism 12 for moving the pen 2 relatively to the titanium plate Ti in the X direction and the Y direction in such a state that the tip of the pen 2 is brought into close contact with the surface of the titanium plate Ti; a pen holder part for supplying the electrolytic solution to the pen 2; and an alternating-current power source 8 for applying an alternating-current between the electrolytic solution inside the pen 2 and the titanium plate Ti.
