An electric storage means (30) comprises: a DC bus connected to a condenser (19) and supplying DC current; a smoothing capacitor connected to the DC bus; and a voltage detector (23) for detecting the voltage of the DC bus. An electric generator (12), when an engine (11) is started, is driven by the engine (11) so as to rotate and generates an induced voltage (E). The demagnetization of the permanent magnet of the electric generator (12) is determined by comparing the induced voltage (E) detected by the voltage detector (23) with a preset reference induced voltage (RE). |
