The folding top (2) has a water discharge system (9) discharging water penetrating a rear window opening (4) and a disk sealing. A rear window (5) is firmly connected with a folding top fabric (3) only in a lower section (6) and lies inwardly at the fabric in a locking position of the folding top with an upper section over the disk sealing. The discharge system has a lower collection channel (10), which is extended along a lower edge (11) of the window. The channel has a cross-section profile that is opened towards the edge. End sections of the profile overlap inside and outside the edge.
