<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and continuously producing an optical film in high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing a foamed material from a molded resin article foamable by heating after irradiating with active energy ray comprising irradiation of the molded resin article with active energy ray and heating with a laser light. In the method for producing the foamed material, the molded resin article foamable by heating after irradiating with active energy ray is a foamable composition containing an acid generator to generate an acid or a base generator generating a base by the action of the active energy ray, and a decomposition foamable compound having a decomposition foamable functional group decomposing to release one or more kinds of low-boiling point volatile substances by reacting with an acid or a base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
