<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which suppresses vibration of a rotating shaft, and a throttle actuator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The motor 3 has a yoke 21 comprising a first bearing accommodation part 22 housing a first bearing 24 (sliding bearing) for rotatively supporting an output shaft 23 at the end of the axial direction (non-output side end). The first bearing 24 radially abuts on the first bearing accommodation part 22 of the yoke 21, and has a bent part 21f as a vibration attenuating part for attenuating vibration to at least the radial direction of the first bearing 24 between the first bearing accommodation part 22 and a housing body 21b.
