<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat connecting device that makes a failure such as the generation of noise hard to occur when rotating two object members relatively to each other by making smooth and stable the sliding rotation of a pressing slide member for pressing an external tooth member to an internal tooth member to cause a circling movement of a mesh position between an inner peripheral tooth and an outer peripheral tooth. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A sliding bush 60 for facilitating sliding rotation is interposed between an outer axial hole 43 provided at the center part of the external tooth member 40, and the pressing slide members 55, 56 disposed in the outer axial hole 43 to press the external tooth member 40 to the internal tooth member 30. The sliding bush 60 is formed with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the outer axial hole 43 provided at the center part of the external tooth member 40.
