PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling mill with which the surface to be rolled of a rolled stock is rolled beautifully. SOLUTION: The rolling mill 1 includes: work rolls 2A, 2B for rolling the rolled stock W composed of a metallic plate; back up rolls 3A, 3B for supporting the work rolls 2A, 2B, and brush rolls 4A, 4A, 4B, 4B for removing roll coatings which are stuck to the roll surfaces 2Ac, 2Bc of the work rolls 2A, 2B. In bearing parts 5, 5 for pivotally supporting either of the work rolls 2A, 2B or the back up rolls 3A, 3B, brush roll position adjustment means 7 for moving the brush rolls 4A, 4A, 4B, 4B to the sides of the work rolls 2A, 2B are arranged.
