PURPOSE: A method and a system for supporting financial transaction between personals are provided to classify bonds which different payment certificates is attached according to a risk, thereby an investor can select a product according to their own investment types. CONSTITUTION: A guarantee management server(200) stores material related to the payment guarantee and information related to real estate. A member account server(300) applies loan demand inputted form a member by certain amount of payment guarantee. Payment guarantee is performed towards amount of money determined by a payment guarantee and a payment guarantee determiner(402). The determined payment guarantee is issued as an small amount of payment guarantee. |
