<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peroxidase that has high affinity for hydrogen peroxide and activity with low-concentration hydrogen peroxide. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a protein represented by any one of (a) a protein encoded by a gene comprising a specific base sequence, (b) a protein comprising a specific amino acid sequence, (c) a protein that is encoded by a polynucleotide hybridized with a base sequence complementary to the base sequence under a stringent condition and has peroxidase activity and (d) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added in the protein comprising the specific amino acid sequence and having peroxidase activity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
