PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet having high smoothness and storage stability and excellent processability and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet 1 has a crosslinked adhesive layer 3 on at least one side of a release film 2. When the temperature distribution behavior of tensile storage elastic modulus of the adhesive layer 3 after crosslinking is measured at a frequency of 1 Hz, the tensile storage elastic modulus is≥50,000 Pa and≤1,000,000 Pa in a temperature range of 25-120°C.
