摘要 <p>Provided is a rotation control device for work machinery that is intended to provide control to match the operator's sense of operation. When the speed of an electric motor is almost zero in a speed control mode wherein an electric motor (7) that rotates a rotating body is controlled to a speed that corresponds to the amount of operation of an actuating lever (9), the time constant of a proportional integration regulator (10), that proportionally integrates the deviation of the speed corresponding to the control input of the actuating lever (9) from the speed of the electric motor (7), is increased using a time constant-modifying means (11). When the actuating lever (9) is operated with the time constant increased, a control unit (19) goes to a torque control mode to control the electric motor (7) so that the torque of the electric motor (7) will be the value which is the torque corresponding to the amount of operation of the actuating lever (9) after operation added to the torque of the actuating lever (9) before operation. When the actuating lever (9) is operated in reverse in the torque control mode, the control unit (19) changes to the speed control mode.</p>
