A JIG FOR FIXING AND TRANSPORT A PCB IN SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE MANUFACTURING

PURPOSE: A jig for fixing and transporting a printed circuit board used for manufacturing a semiconductor package is provided to reduce a manufacturing time by simply fixing the printed circuit board on a jig with a fixing pin. CONSTITUTION: A jig main body(100) installs a plurality of openings in a rectangular frame. A loading part of a printed circuit board(104) is arranged along the edge of the opening part of the jig main body. A plurality of fixing holes(106) is formed in the loading part of the printed circuit board by passing through the jig main body. A fixing pin(110) is protruded on the upper side of the loading part of the printed circuit board and includes elasticity using a spring.
