<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a vehicular sun shade hook, capable of easily installing the sun shade hook in a single operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This installation structure of the vehicular sun shade hook includes a door frame 2 having a recessed groove 3 on the side opposed to the peripheral edge of door glass 1, a glass run 4 installed in the recessed groove 3, a sun shade 5 installed in the door frame 2 and extracted along the door glass 1, and the sun shade hook 6 fixed with the upper side of the sun shade 5. The sun shade hook 6 has an elastic piece 63 to be fitted to the recessed groove 3, and is configured so that the elastic piece 63 is sandwiched between the door frame 2 and the glass run 4.
