HEAT COOKING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A cooking heater is provided to heat the entire bottom surface of a cooking pot uniformly, thereby preventing temperature stain on the bottom plate of the cooking pot. CONSTITUTION: A cooking heater(1) comprises a heat-insulating member(41) and a surface combustion burner(22). The heat-insulating member covers the entire bottom plate(5) of a cooking pot(3). The surface combustion burner is arranged near the center of the bottom plate. The opposite surface(44) of the heat-insulating member including grooves(45) faces the bottom plate with a gap. The heat delivered from the surface combustion burner flows in through the grooves.
