PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotating type plastic working apparatus which achieves reduction of weight and cost and is adequately arranged according to applications even when a plurality of rollers are supported on a common mechanism. SOLUTION: The rotating type plastic working apparatus includes: a drive rotating mechanism 16 for rotating a workpiece 4 around a main shaft D; a roller 2 for plastic-working the workpiece 4; and a three axis positioning mechanism 3 for positioning the roller 2 in a three axis direction of an X axis direction, a Z axis direction, and a Y direction. The rotating type plastic working apparatus includes: a roller 2a for heavy working and a roller 2b for light working as the roller 2; and a movement selecting mechanism S1 for selectively determining the roller for working the workpiece 4 by moving both the rollers in the Y axis direction. In the Y axis direction on the movement selecting mechanism S1 side as seen from the main shaft D, the roller 2a for heavy working is arranged on the rotation base end side of the main shaft D and the roller 2b for light working is arranged on the rotation distal end side. In a heavy working state for using the roller 2a for heavy working, a mechanical regulation mechanism S1d for regulating the additional movement of the roller 2a for heavy working to the rotation distal end side by the movement selecting mechanism S1 is arranged.
