PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating film 200 excelling in heat insulation and durability. SOLUTION: The heat insulating film 200 comprises a binder 32 with hollow granules 31 dispersed inside, and shells 31b of the hollow granules 31 are composed of materials having elastic moduli smaller than the elastic modulus of the binder 32.
