<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse generator, pulse transmitter, pulse communication apparatus, pulse communication system, and semiconductor device, for securing output power even if a circuit with a small mount area is used. <P>SOLUTION: Pulse generating sections 112 generate in-phase pulse signals in response to a pulse transmission instruction indicating set timing. A plurality of coupler sections 113 are provided correspondingly to the pulse generating section 112 and a secondary side circuit insulated with respect to a primary side circuit connected to the pulse generating circuit 112 is connected in series to the coupler sections. A timing generating section 111 supplies the pulse transmission instruction to a plurality of pulse generating sections 112. A pulse generator 11 combines pulse signals output from the plurality of pulse generating sections 112 and increases an amplitude of the combined pulse signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
