<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing system that is improved in tone correction. <P>SOLUTION: A second exposure condition different from a first exposure condition set when acquiring a first video signal is set to acquire a second video signal. The second video signal is separated into a second luminance signal and a second color difference signal. Then, a tone changing curve for making an amplification factor of a signal value indicating a region other than a black region in the first video signal larger than an amplification factor of a signal value indicating the black region in the first video signal based on the second color difference signal of the second video signal to correct the tone of the first video signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
