<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly rigid one-way clutch built-in type pulley device capable of preventing expansion deformation of a retainer during high-temperature and high-speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: An one-way clutch built-in type pulley device includes a one-way clutch 15 equipped with a clutch retainer 27 for holding a roller 26 which is made up of a plurality of lock members.
