<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly present the contents of a second image which is instructed so as to be newly displayed and different from a certain first image to a user, when the certain first image is already displayed and such an instruction that the second image is displayed is accepted. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 10 starts rewrite processing for displaying the image B of the next page, in such a state that the display of the image A of the present page is maintained, when a page is switched to display an image. In other words, a control part starts the rewrite processing for displaying the second image and then, starts the rewrite processing for erasing the first image, when the first image is displayed on a memorable display body 15 and the control part accepts an instruction such that the second image different from the first image is displayed.
