<p>An electric connector (1) includes an insulating shell (11) provided with a plurality of terminal slots (1151), a plurality of terminals (12) located in the terminal slots (1151) and a metallic shell (13) with a frame part (131). The frame part (131) is accommodated in the insulating shell (11), and the frame part (131) and the insulating shell (11) together form a plug space (110) with a plug interface (101). The frame part (131) is bent and extended to form at least a mounting flange (132,132',132") corresponding to the plug interface (101). A supporting part (118,118") corresponding to the mounting flange (132,132',132") is shaped on the insulating shell (11), and the insulating shell (11) is provided with a hollow part (116,116") corresponding to the supporting part (118,118"). The two lateral ends of the supporting part (118,118") are integrally connected with two bridge parts (117, 117") forming the hollow part (116,116") respectively, so that the mounting flange (132,132',132") is supported by the supporting part (118,118"). The insulating shell (11) is provided with the hollow part (116,116") corresponding to the mounting flange (132,132',132"), and the hollow part (116,116") can form a heat convection path, so a preferable heat dissipation function can be offered.</p> |
