PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control lever and a method of manufacturing the control lever allowing reduction of assembling man-hour and improvement of axial direction product accuracy, as compared with a conventional control lever and a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In this method, a resin cover 14 is insert-molded, and at the same time, a resin bush 13 for sliding is insert-molded in a rotary shaft part 11. As a result, (a) an assembling process of the resin bush 13 can be abolished and the assembling man-hour can be reduced as compared with a conventional method, and (b) variations in an assembly state, in which variations of each component (the rotary shaft part 11 and the resin bush 13) are accumulated, are integrated in the axial direction of the control lever 10 to be a single part variation, and the product accuracy of the control lever 10 can be improved as compared with conventional product accuracy.
