PURPOSE: A breastfeeding assistance device equipped with a cushion member is provided to enable a user to adjust the height of the device and not to give any pressure to the baby. CONSTITUTION: A breastfeeding assistance device includes: a lactation support part(12) which has a lactation space in the condition of lifting up a baby; and a supporting part(11) which is connected to the lower part of the lactation support part to keep the lactation support part at a constant interval from the floor surface and enables a user to regulate the height. The lactation support part includes a lactation board(121) and a cushion member combined with the lactation board. The supporting part includes an upper leg member(111) which is united with the lactation support part and a lower leg member(112) controlling the binding position in the condition that the upper leg member is combined.
