PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display for grasping which position light radiated from MEMS is on an image forming plate to a certain degree. SOLUTION: A first auxiliary prism 130 is attached to a third face 12f of a penta prism 12. The first auxiliary prism 130 is a substantially quadrangular pyramid shape and is made from a material having the same density as the penta prism 12. A first side face 131a out of four triangular side faces possessed by the first auxiliary prism 130 adheres closely to a third face 12f. An optical scanning member 110 is attached to a second side face 131b being the rear face of the first side face 131a. An angle made by the second side face 131b and the image forming plate 120 is one so that laser light is reflected on the center O of an image forming region when the optical scanning member 110 is at a reference position.
