<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric carpet having superior heat diffusivity, an energy-saving effect, comfortable sitting performance, folding performance, storage performance and productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this electric carpet 1 composed of a surface material 2, wiring cloth 3, and a heat insulating material 4, an aluminum sheet 5 is stacked on a surface of upper fiber needle punch nonwoven fabric 7 or lower fiber needle punch nonwoven fabric 8 constituting the wiring cloth 3 by needle punching processing. Thus, the electric carpet having superior heat diffusivity, having uniform temperature distribution to the surface material, capable of providing the aluminum sheet with flexibility, and having superior folding performance and storage performance can be provided.
