PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear seat control device for alleviating a sense of incongruity felt by an occupant on a rear seat during a vehicle turn. SOLUTION: The control device for controlling the condition of the rear seat disposed on the vehicle includes: an occupant detection means for detecting a ride of an occupant on the rear seat of the vehicle; a condition amount detection means 12 for detecting a vehicle condition amount exerted on a behavior of the vehicle; a turn detection means for detecting the vehicle turn from the vehicle condition amount; and a damping force control means for adjusting a control amount of a damping force of a variable damping force damper used for a vehicle body suspension. When the ride of the occupant on the rear seat is detected and the turn is detected, the control amount is adjusted according to the vehicle condition amount detected during the turn.
