PURPOSE: The transparency heating jacket transparently forms the heating jacket. The operating state of the heating jacket is grasped conveniently even if the separate sensor is not included. CONSTITUTION: The lower sheet layer(20) of the transparency silicon rubber material is prepared. The upper sheet layer(10) locates on the top of the lower sheet layer. It is included of the transparency silicon rubber material having the upper sheet layer is the porosity of 10~40%. The heating layer(30) locates between the lower sheet layer and upper sheet layer. It is separated to the heating layer and the regular interval and the heating line(31) is arranged.
