PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe treated with FRP(Fiber glass Reinforced Plastic) is provided to improve a mechanical internal pressure characteristic by the complete attachment of a synthetic resin conduit and FRP. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin pipe treated with FRP comprises a synthetic resin conduit(111), a laminating cloth(112), and an FRP layer(113). The synthetic resin conduit is formed of PE(Polyethylene) or PP(Polypropylene). The laminating cloth is formed of double yarn. The laminating cloth is rolled and thermally fused with the synthetic resin conduit by a heating welder so that PE or the PP yarn can be fused to the circumferential surface of the synthetic resin conduit and general yarn can be attached to the circumferential surface of the synthetic resin conduit.
