PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulation construction method for constructing an outside heat insulation concrete wall easily at lower cost by use of a calcium carbonate foam board as a heat insulating material serving also as a form. SOLUTION: In this outside heat insulation construction method, the form 20 is formed by bringing a plurality of heat insulation panels serving also as the form onto an outdoor side, concrete 31 is poured into the form thus formed, and hardening the poured concrete to construct the concrete wall being integral with the heat insulation panels serving also as the form.
