PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply apparatus which requires less increase in a circuit scale and suppresses output voltage overshooting upon detection of overvoltage. SOLUTION: A first switch circuit 12 switches a voltage feedback signal Vfb or a current feedback signal Ifb supplied to an error amplifier 13.
