PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the laminated core of a rotor for surely and rigidly sealing resin into a magnet-insertion hole in a permanent magnet, in the laminated core of the rotor with each of core pieces laminated through caulking portions. SOLUTION: An upper-plate member 15 and a lower-plate member 16 are provided to block up the magnet-insertion hole 30 at the upper and lower portions of the laminated core 22 of the rotor, and a resin pot 29 is also provided in the lower-plate member 16 to inject thermosetting resin into the magnet-insertion hole 30 through a runner 35, on inserting resin into a plurality of magnet-insertion holes 30 formed in the laminated core 22 of the rotor. In the upper-plate member 15, a vent is formed to externally eject air in the magnet-insertion hole 30 in case of resin sealing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
