The device (1) has a contact region (4) formed by knobs or rigid elastic cushion. Other two contact regions (5) are formed by rotatably rollers and rotatably held balls. Rotation axes of the rollers are aligned together in such a manner that extensions of the latter regions cut in the former contact region. The rollers comprise a flexible running tread e.g. silicon ring and elastomer ring. The contact regions are formed at a base (3). The balls comprise a soft elastic cover, and the base comprises a rectangular form. The former contact region is arranged at a distance from a front outer edge.
