A process for vodka preparation comprises the dilution of ethyl rectified alcohol with treated potable water. Treated water is produced by preliminary filtering, gravity sedimentation, fine filtration, deep filtration, softening and structurization and saturation of water with macro- and microelements. After that water is supplied for blending with double filtration. Aqueous solution of at least one cereal is prepared on the structurized water, which than is diluted with alcohol and filtered. The mixture of billet is prepared separately on the basis of structurized water, filtered through the coal, with filling agent. After that both mixtures are filtered through the installation of silver filtering (ISF) in general bringing tank. |
