The invention relates to transformer-building and may by use in manufacturing one-phase and three-phase transformers, reactors and chokes. In the magnetic core of a static induction device comprising yokes and at least one bar generating lines of which have cross-section of equilateral six-sided polyhedron, yokes are made from layers of electrotechnical steel. The electrotechnical steel layers forming yokes together with electrotechnical steel layers of bars are matched together in packs with shift of separate layers or group of layers in such a way that cross-section generating lines of every yoke are diamond-shaped; yokes are positioned at the angle of 120°. The diamond-shaped cross-section of every yoke and location at the angle of 120° reduce average length of field lines in magnetic core. The magnetic field is distributed along the bar and yokes which are presented as branches of magnetic circuit which provides improved cooling conditions and provides reduction of steel mass and current losses of non-working motion. This improves mass and dimensions and energetic parameters of the induction device. Mass are reduced for (7...10) %, total aria of cooling surface increases for (18...25) %. Manufacturability of magnetic cores according to two technologies (twisting, laminating) is enhanced, said manufacturing technology is simplified by identity and rectangular form of bands (rolls) or plates from which packs of yokes and bars are made. The limit of big transformers manufacturing capacity increases. |
