The valve (7) has a low pressure-valve seat (10) co-operating with a valve body (13) such that the valve is closed below a liquor-pressure lower limit. The valve is opened between the liquor-pressure lower limit and an upper limit. The valve is closed during exceeding the liquor-pressure lower limit and falling below the liquor-pressure upper limit. The valve remains in a closed condition for a predetermined time period during exceeding the liquor-pressure lower limit. The valve is opened during exceeding liquor-pressure upper limit.
