A round baler (10) has a bale chamber (18) and a storage means (24), whereas latter is used to store crop while a bale (44) in the bale chamber (18) is wrapped and ejected. A passage (84) to the bale chamber (18) is provided separate from an entrance (38), through which a main crop stream is delivered by a main feeder (26). Crop stored in the storage means (24) is back fed to the bale chamber (18) through said passage (84).
