COMPLEX SYSTEM FOR PROTECTION OF MINE COMPRESSOR PLANT

摘要

A complex system for protection of mine compressor plant has collection tank - air collector with built in oil separator and check valve, air filter and control of pressure of compressed air in supercharge line and working liquid. Oil system of screw compressor includes temperature sensors for thermal protection, methane gas control sensors under case of plant and sensor for control of CO gas in compressed air. CO gas control sensor is placed on distribution tank of special bypass line downstream of filtering condensate extractor inlet of which is connected to discharge line of compressor between the oil separator and minimum pressure valve and outlet is connected to suction line of compressor between throttle valve and air filter.
