DIAGNOSTIC COMPARATIVE GENOMIC HYBRIDIZATION MARKER AND KIT FOR HUMAN NEUROBLASTOMA

PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing neuroblastoma chromosomal abnormality and diagnosis method are provided to accurately measure marker gene loss by BAC array and to quickly diagnose and treat chromosomal abnormality. CONSTITUTION: A marker for comparative genomic hybridization(CGH) marker for diagnosing neuroblastoma comprises: entire human chromosome 7 which is able to check chromosome gain by the increase of DNA copy number; human choromosome 14, q21.1-q21.3 which is able to check chromosome loss by the decrease of DNA copy number; and human chromosome 22, q13.1-q13.2 which is able to check chromosome loss by the decrease of DNA copy number. A kit for diagnosing neuroblastoma comprises a microarray having the marker and an image analysis device.
